What we collect on this site

The demo call

If you call our demo number, the call is handled like a real customer's: Léa says so at the start, and the conversation is transcribed and kept 90 days to improve the service, with the number you call from. No real reservation is taken.

For businesses using Accueilo

When Léa answers for a business, that business is responsible for its customers' information; Accueilo acts as its service provider under a written agreement: we use the information only to provide the service, keep it confidential, delete it at the end of the agreement and notify the business without delay of any confidentiality incident.

Texts, payments and recordings

Where your information is

Requests, messages and written conversations are kept on our servers in Québec. To understand and answer during a call, the voice and text of the conversation go through cloud providers (Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services, Canadian regions where available) and our phone provider (VoIP.ms, in Québec). These providers don't use the conversations to train their models or for their own purposes; Microsoft may keep them up to 30 days, only to detect abuse.

How long
