First month free, no contract.

HOSTED IN QUÉBECDATA STAYS IN CANADA

Designed and hosted in Québec.Léa runs on our own servers in Montérégie. Your data and your calls never leave Canada.

Chez Lemieux restaurant

Your number stays the same.

Your customers call as usual. When nobody can pick up, the call goes to Léa.

  1. You forward your calls

When the line is busy, after a few rings or after hours: it's a setting with your phone provider, and you can turn it off any time.

  2. Léa answers

She knows your hours, your menu or services, your prices and the parking. She says up front that she's a virtual assistant, and never makes things up.

  3. You get the request

Name, number, what the customer wants and the written conversation, by email and in your console. The customer gets their confirmation by text, and you get a summary of the day every morning.

What Léa does while you work.

You choose what to switch on in your console. Everything else stays the same.

Books into your calendar

With Google Calendar, Square Appointments, Cal.com or Acuity, she checks what's free, offers the nearest time and books it. The customer gets a confirmation text, and a reminder the day before.

Takes takeout orders

Item by item, from your menu, at your prices. She reads the order and the total back, taxes included, and gives a pickup time that accounts for how busy the kitchen is. The order lands in your console as a ticket.

Sends the payment link

The customer pays at pickup, or by card through a link sent by text. The money goes straight into your own Stripe or Square account. Léa never takes a card number over the phone.

Asks groups for a deposit

From the party size you choose, she mentions the deposit and texts the link. Your console shows whether it's paid.

Transfers the call to you

When a customer wants a person or it's urgent, she transfers to your cell, during the hours you choose. Otherwise she takes a complete message.

Answers texts

Customers can also text your number: Léa answers from your information and invites them to call to book or order. Every text is kept in your console.

Learns from your answers

Every night she lists the questions she couldn't answer. You answer once, in a sentence, and she knows it from the next call.

Takes changes by phone

Out of tiramisu tonight? Closed Monday? From your cell, with your code, tell Léa by phone or by text, and it applies right away.

Also: the Results tab (calls, after-hours calls, orders, bookings), returning callers greeted by name, blocked numbers, and audio recordings of calls if you want them.

For businesses where the phone rings while you're working.

Léa is set up for your trade: the questions your customers ask, the requests they make.

Restaurants

Reservations during the rush, takeout orders, allergies, groups, parking. She books into your calendar, or you keep your system and confirm.

Clinics

Dental, physio, chiro, optometry, vets: appointment requests, new patients, insurance. Never medical details over the phone.

Plumbers, electricians, contractors

You're at a customer's, hands full. Léa takes the request and flags emergencies so you call those back first.

Salons, barbers and spas

Bookings come in while you're cutting. Léa notes the service, day and time wanted.

B&Bs and small hotels

Evening calls and English-speaking travellers: Léa answers in their language.

Offices and services

Garages, accountants, notaries, property managers: complete messages instead of voicemail.

Simple monthly pricing.

First month free on every plan. Stop whenever you want.

Call Léa, right now.

She answers as a demo restaurant. Ask for a table, ask about the menu, try to trip her up. Say "English" after the greeting.

It's a demo: no real reservation is taken. The call is recorded and transcribed, as for our customers.

Demo coming soon

In the meantime, leave your details: we'll call you for a demo.

Questions we get.

Do I need a new number?

No. You keep your number and forward calls to Léa when busy, unanswered or after hours. We show you how, and you can stop any time.

Does Léa confirm bookings herself?

Yes, if your calendar is connected: Google Calendar, Square Appointments, Cal.com or Acuity. She checks the time is free, books after the customer's yes, and the customer gets a text. With Libro, OpenTable or another system, she takes the full request and you confirm it by text in one click.

Can she take orders and payments?

Yes, takeout orders: she takes them from your menu, reads the total back with taxes and gives the pickup time. The customer pays at pickup or through a link sent by text, connected to your own Stripe or Square account. She never takes a card number over the phone, and we never touch your money.

Will my customers know they're talking to an AI?

Yes. Léa says so at the start of the call and never pretends to be a person.

What if a customer wants a real person?

With the Front desk plan, Léa transfers the call to your cell during the hours you choose. Otherwise, or outside those hours, she takes their message, flagged "wants to talk to someone", and you can read the whole conversation before calling back.

How long to get started?

One meeting of about an hour. We start from your website: your hours, address and menu with prices are brought in, then we check them together and add your answers to common questions. You can change everything afterwards in your console.

How do I know what Léa did?

Every request comes by email and in your console, with the written conversation. Every morning a text sums up the day before: calls, after-hours calls, orders, bookings. The Results tab shows the last 30 days.

What happens after the free month?

You decide. If you continue, you pay monthly, no contract. If not, we stop and delete your data.

Get the details.

Tell us who you are: we'll call you back to answer your questions and let you hear Léa with your own business.

We never add you to a list without your say-so. Your details are only used to answer your request.
